Accessibility Statement
Target Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Last Reviewed: September 7, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Invictus Energy Solutions, LLC is committed to ensuring that our platform and web presence are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that digital accessibility is a fundamental aspect of delivering a professional, inclusive service. We are actively working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
2. Measures We Take
To support accessibility across the platform, we have implemented the following measures:
- Accessible Component Primitives: Our UI is built on Radix UI primitives, which provide correct ARIA roles, states, and properties out of the box for interactive components including dialogs, menus, dropdowns, and form controls.
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are fully operable via keyboard. Focus management is handled correctly for modal dialogs, navigation menus, and dynamic content updates.
- Screen Reader Support: Semantic HTML structure, appropriate heading hierarchies, and descriptive ARIA labels are used throughout to ensure compatibility with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
- Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
- Dark Mode Support: The platform provides a fully accessible dark mode that maintains compliant contrast ratios across all interface states.
- Responsive Design: The platform is fully responsive and operable across a range of screen sizes and zoom levels up to 400% without loss of content or functionality.
- Form Accessibility: All form inputs include visible labels, descriptive error messages, and appropriate autocomplete attributes to support assistive technologies.
- Motion & Animation: Animations respect the user's operating system preference for reduced motion via the prefers-reduced-motion media query.
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of the platform are still being improved:
- Complex data visualization components (charts and energy graphs) may not yet provide full text-based alternatives. We are actively working to add accessible data table equivalents.
- Some third-party embedded content may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We are working with our integration partners to address these gaps.
- PDF documents generated by the platform may have limited accessibility. We are implementing tagged PDF generation to address this.
4. Technical Specifications
The Invictus platform relies on the following technologies for accessibility conformance:
- HTML5 semantic elements and landmark regions.
- WAI-ARIA 1.2 roles, states, and properties.
- CSS for visual presentation with no reliance on CSS alone to convey meaning.
- JavaScript for enhanced interactivity with progressive enhancement principles.
The platform has been tested with the following assistive technologies: NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Chrome, VoiceOver with Safari (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack with Chrome (Android).
